Description: 
Giving and receiving positive and constructive feedback is an integral part of working with staff and customers. When feedback is skilled, timely, specific, and behaviorally-focused, it can be a gift. But, most of the time, it's delivered like a fruitcake nobody wanted.
 
Erick Kountz will give a brief talk on the challenges of giving and receiving feedback and offer a few tips that will help make your next crucial conversation a whole lot more constructive!
