Our lives are permeated with change - government, organizations like SGMP, businesses, and personal. Some change we initiate, but mostly it's imposed on us. Some change we like, others we hate. In this interactive session, you'll identify change you're experiencing, your reaction to it, and factors that contribute to your response. Based on your experiences, we'll explore strategies to minimize resistance and gain the commitment of those impacted by change. We can’t eliminate change, but we can plan to make it more purposeful and successful.
