ORPIN is the State’s e-procurement system with over 5800 internal public agency users posting contracting opportunities for business owners to respond to. Did you know that ORPIN can also be used as a research tool? In this session you will learn tips on using ORPIN to its fullest capability, as well other helpful solicitation sites for local governments.
Kelly Stevens-Malnar Oregon DAS State Procurement Office. Kelly has been with the state 9 years and is the Oregon Cooperative Procurement Program and Statewide Business Outreach Coordinator for the Department of Administrative Services/Procurement Services. She provides education and outreach to the Supplier Community on the Statutes and Rules that govern procurement in the State of Oregon. She also provides training on how businesses can get the most out of ORPIN (Oregon Procurement Information Network), and tips for marketing their products and services to Governmental entities.
