Cancellations received more than 72 hours in advance of the event will receive a full refund of registration fees received. Registered attendees with cancellations received less than 72 hours from chapter event start date will be charged the full registration fee and prepaid registration fees will not be refunded. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on an individual basis to be voted on by the current chapter board.
